Buying a Little Caesars franchise in Canada
Little Caesars runs a separate franchise site for Canada, which says it has locations in 10 of Canada’s provinces and is ready for rapid national expansion (as published by Little Caesars, read Nov 4, 2026). Its cost section lists an estimated total investment and net worth and liquid asset requirements, shown in the table below, without naming a currency. The cost walkthrough is in a separate page, linked below.
Little Caesars is a trademark of its owner. Deavo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Little Caesars; the name identifies the businesses listed for sale. Figures are quoted from the franchisor’s own pages and are not verified by Deavo.

The Canadian site names no currency beside these figures. A row marked “Not published” means the figure was not on the page we read, not that there is no such term. The franchise disclosure document sets out the terms.
Two franchise sites, one for Canada
Little Caesars’ main franchise site, franchise.littlecaesars.com, says: “If you are seeking franchise opportunities in Canada, please visit this website.” The Canadian site, littlecaesarsfranchise.ca, is headed “Own a little Caesars ® Pizza franchise”. It says the brand is “one of the strongest pizza franchise brands in Canada” and “ready for a rapid national expansion”, and that it has locations in more than 25 countries and territories, “including 10 of Canada’s provinces coast to coast” (as published, read Nov 4, 2026). Its footer says the Little Caesars marks are trademarks licensed to Little Caesar of Canada, ULC, and the site gives that company’s address in Oakville, Ontario. These are the franchisor’s statements; Deavo has not verified them.
The question most people arrive with
What the Canadian site lists for investment, net worth and liquid assets is covered in Can you buy a Little Caesars franchise in Canada? The table above shows each figure with the page it came from. The figures carry a dollar sign, and the initial fee is given as “20K” with none, but the site names no currency, so ask for it in writing.
Where it says it wants to grow
The site names the provinces it is “actively targeting”: British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick (the page spells Ontario with a typo; the table keeps its spelling). Its enquiry form offers every province and territory to choose from; that does not say each one is open. It does not say which cities are open, how many sites it wants, or whether a master franchise or area developer arrangement is available.
Store formats
The site says: “We also offer non-traditional models from 475 to 800 square feet.” It names those for sites such as gas stations, airports, hospitals and universities or colleges, beside a traditional carry-out concept of 1,200 to 1,600 square feet. It also describes its Hot N Ready model, drive-thru and pick-up windows at participating stores, and a heated, self-service pickup station it calls Pizza Portal. It does not say which formats are open to a new franchisee in a given province or what each costs to build.
Financing and what is unpublished
On financing, the page says Little Caesars has “partnerships with several financial institutions” and links to “View Franchise Finance Lenders”, which we did not read; the page itself names no lender, programme or term. The site gives no royalty, advertising rate, term or training length. Ask Little Caesars for these in writing, and see can a franchise purchase be financed? for how Canadian franchise purchases are generally funded.
Buying an existing store
Deavo has no current Little Caesars listings as of Nov 3, 2026; the listings section stays in place and fills when one is posted. The Canadian site is written for new franchisees and says nothing on resales, so for an existing store ask what the franchisor requires of a buyer: see who has to approve a franchise resale. Browse franchises for sale on Deavo.
Disclosure law
Seven provinces have a franchise disclosure statute: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan, whose Act came into force on 30 June 2026. Several provinces the site names, including Quebec and Nova Scotia, are not among them, so the document you get may depend on where the store would be. The site itself says an offer of a franchise can only be made first through the delivery of a franchise disclosure document “where delivery of the FDD is required by applicable law”. Ask your lawyer or the issuing office which rules apply.
General information, not legal advice — franchise legislation differs by province and changes over time.
