What Boston Pizza publishes
The traditional-format page says Boston Pizza has franchise opportunities available across Canada and invites applicants to talk about a listed community or another location. The conversions and the hotel and non-traditional pages carry the same list. It is a list of areas Boston Pizza is looking to fill, not of restaurants for sale.
The communities named
In British Columbia: Kitimat, Nelson, Powell River, Prince Rupert, Revelstoke, Richmond, Trail and Whistler. In Saskatchewan: Air Ronge. In Manitoba: Altona and Stonewall. In Ontario: Downtown Toronto, Dryden, Elliot Lake, Hanover, Hawkesbury, Leamington, Listowel, Saint Clair, Sault Ste. Marie, Sioux Lookout, Stoney Creek and Whitby South. In Newfoundland and Labrador: Campbellton, Conception Bay South, Gander, Grand Falls Windsor and Labrador. In Nova Scotia: Kingston. Quebec has a longer list, including Alma, Granby, Longueuil, Rimouski, Shawinigan and Trois-Rivieres. Alberta and Prince Edward Island appear on the list with no communities named, and New Brunswick does not appear on it.
Compared with Deavo’s listings
The listings Deavo carried on Oct 20, 2026 were in Ontario (10), British Columbia (2) and Quebec (2). Provinces where Boston Pizza lists available communities and provinces where Deavo has listings are different questions: a community on Boston Pizza’s list is a place it wants a new restaurant, while a listing is a seller’s existing business. See the live listings on the Boston Pizza page.
Disclosure law by province
Ontario and British Columbia have franchise disclosure statutes; Quebec has none. Ontario’s and British Columbia’s Acts apply where the franchised business is to be operated wholly or partly in that province, so if you apply for a new restaurant in a community on this list, look up that province’s rules before you sign anything or pay any money. This is general information, not legal advice.
