Pizza Pizza franchise locations available in Canada
Pizza Pizza’s Ontario page names Chelmsford, Fort Frances, Parry Sound, Strathroy and Simcoe, and its Western page names Cranbrook, Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Mission and Salmon Arm (as published, read Oct 22, 2026). Its answers page says opportunities are available coast to coast.
Pizza Pizza is a trademark of its owner. Deavo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pizza Pizza; the name identifies the businesses listed for sale. Figures are quoted from the franchisor’s own pages and are not verified by Deavo.
Ontario
Pizza Pizza’s “Franchise Opportunities – Ontario” page lists five available opportunities: Chelmsford, Fort Frances, Parry Sound, Strathroy and Simcoe (as published, read Oct 22, 2026). The page gives no fee, investment or lease terms for any of them, and does not say whether each is a new restaurant or an existing one. Ask the franchisor which it is, and read the figures on its franchising basics page as ranges that depend on the opportunity.
Western Canada
The Western Canada page lists Cranbrook, Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Mission and Salmon Arm, with the same absence of detail (as published, read Oct 22, 2026). No other regional opportunity page was read, so nothing is claimed here about other regions. Separately, Pizza Pizza’s answers page says franchise opportunities are available “everywhere from coast to coast” and that it is “looking to expand in cities across Canada”.
Where Deavo lists Pizza Pizza businesses
Deavo’s Pizza Pizza listings on Oct 20, 2026 were in Ontario (9) and British Columbia (3). A listing on Deavo is advertised by an owner or broker and is not the same thing as an opportunity on Pizza Pizza’s own pages: the franchisor’s towns are the ones it is offering, and a listing is a business someone else wants to sell. Some listings are at sites shared with other brands, which the card marks as a multi-brand site. Browse the province pages for Ontario and British Columbia to see them with other franchises for sale.
Before you rely on a location
A published town name is an invitation to ask, not a guarantee that a site, lease or territory is available to you. Ask the franchisor whether the location is still open, who holds the lease, and what territory protection, if any, the franchise agreement gives. Compare the answer with the published fee and investment on the costs and fees page, and see who has to approve a franchise resale if the location you are considering is an existing restaurant.
