INS Market franchise locations and available areas

INS Market’s Available Locations page lists 15 locations — 14 in Ontario and one in Calgary, Alberta — from 200 square feet in a Toronto transit station to 2000 square feet in Ottawa (as published by INS Market, read Oct 22, 2026). Its filter also offers British Columbia, but no British Columbia location appeared in the list we read.

INS Market is a trademark of its owner. Deavo is not affiliated with or endorsed by INS Market; the name identifies the businesses listed for sale. Figures are quoted from the franchisor’s own pages and are not verified by Deavo.

What INS Market publishes

The page has filters for Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, and each entry gives a name, an address, a size in square feet and a type such as Street, Mall, Transit, Office / Transit, Office / Concourse, Street / Plaza or Casino (as published, read Oct 22, 2026). Seven of the Ontario entries are in Ottawa, three are in Toronto, and the rest are in Kingston, Vaughan, Mississauga and Niagara Falls. The single Alberta entry is in Calgary. The page does not say whether each entry is a new site, a store that is being vacated or a unit an existing franchisee wants to sell, and it gives no price.

Sizes and settings

The smallest entry listed is 200 square feet, at a Toronto transit station; the largest is 2000 square feet at an Ottawa address. The franchising page says the model suits spaces “from 50 sqft kiosks to 2,500 sqft multi-concept locations”, so the available list covers only part of that range. Types in the list include street sites, a mall, office and transit concourses and a casino, matching the settings the franchising page names. The page gives no rent or traffic figures, so ask for them.

INS Market’s listings on Deavo, by province

Deavo’s INS Market listings on Oct 20, 2026 were in Ontario (10), Alberta (1), British Columbia (1) and Quebec (1). That is a different set from INS Market’s own list: the listings come from advertisements by sellers and brokers on other websites, and INS Market’s page is the franchisor’s statement of what it was offering on the day we read it. A province or town on one list and not the other is not a contradiction, and neither is a complete inventory of INS Market stores.

Questions to put to INS Market before you rely on a site

Ask whether a named site is still available, who holds the lease, what the square footage includes, and what the franchisor expects you to have in liquid assets for that site. The franchising page gives approximately $90,000+ as its general expectation. Ask for the franchise disclosure document early, and note the date you receive it.

Disclosure law in these provinces

Three of the four provinces with INS Market listings have franchise disclosure statutes (Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia); the rest do not. In Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, where the statute applies, the franchisor must give a disclosure document that you receive at least 14 days before the earlier of signing an agreement relating to the franchise or paying any consideration relating to it. Whether it applies to a particular offer depends on the facts and is a question for a franchise lawyer.
